UX Researcher

Role overview A remote-first product team is looking for a UX Researcher to work alongside engineers, designers, and product owners on high-impact software solutions. The role centers on owning research for individual features, shaping product direction, and helping scale a globally used product.

Responsibilities - Plan and execute user research that informs feature design and product decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate insights into shipped software - Apply research methodologies and tools appropriate to each stage of the product lifecycle - Contribute to high standards for usability and clarity across the product - Mentor junior team members and support a positive, learning-oriented culture - Communicate findings clearly in English to remote, distributed audiences

Requirements - 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or a related functional discipline - Strong expertise in research methodologies and the tools associated with UX research - Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to producing rigorous, well-structured work - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English - Genuine interest in mentoring teammates and strengthening team culture
