Senior UX Designer

Role overview

A full-time, remote-first Senior UX Designer role for someone who can set the standard for user experience across a portfolio of software products. You will partner with engineers, fellow designers, and product owners to shape features from research through ship, taking visible ownership and raising the quality bar for the wider team.

Responsibilities

- Lead UX work on complex, high-impact features, owning decisions from discovery through hand-off and post-launch iteration - Run and synthesize user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design direction - Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to align scope, priority, and quality - Contribute to and maintain design systems, interaction patterns, and UX standards across products - Mentor and review the work of junior and mid-level designers, providing clear, constructive feedback - Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively in English across a fully remote team

Requirements

- 5+ years of professional experience in UX design or a closely related discipline - Strong portfolio demonstrating senior-level UX thinking across complex product surfaces - Deep command of modern UX methods and tools, including research, information architecture, and prototyping - Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to clean, maintainable design work - Outstanding verbal and written communication in English for remote collaboration - Track record of mentoring junior designers and contributing to team culture
