Senior UX Designer

Role overview

Contribute as a Senior UX Designer within a remote-first product organization, working alongside engineers, designers, and product owners to deliver impactful software used around the world. Responsibilities

- Drive user experience design across the full product lifecycle, from research and ideation through to detailed interaction design. - Partner with engineers and product owners to translate user problems into practical, elegant solutions. - Champion clean, maintainable, and accessible design patterns across the product surface. - Mentor junior designers, share craft expertise, and help shape a positive design culture. - Communicate design rationale clearly and persuasively to distributed, cross-functional audiences. - Contribute to scaling design practices as the product grows in new markets.

Requirements

- Five or more years of professional experience in UX design or a closely related field. - Deep expertise in UX research, interaction design, and information architecture methodologies. - A portfolio demonstrating senior-level craft and measurable impact on shipped products. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for effective remote collaboration. - A demonstrated commitment to mentoring teammates and supporting team culture.
