Senior UX Designer

Role overview A remote-first product team is hiring a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of high-impact software solutions alongside engineers, designers, and product owners. The role blends hands-on design work with ownership of features and the opportunity to mentor junior teammates as the product scales globally.

Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end design for features within a cross-functional product squad - Partner closely with engineers and product owners to ship software that meets user and business goals - Apply and tailor UX methodologies and tools appropriate to each project - Drive design quality standards and contribute to a maintainable, consistent design system - Mentor junior designers and help cultivate a positive, collaborative team culture - Communicate design rationale clearly in English across distributed, remote teams

Requirements - 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or a closely related functional role - Strong expertise in UX methodologies and design tools relevant to senior-level work - Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to clean, maintainable design output - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English - Demonstrated passion for mentoring teammates and strengthening team culture
