Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning components within larger software products delivered to clients and end users - Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product owners to scope, build, and ship features - Take ownership of features from ideation through production deployment and ongoing improvement - Drive technical excellence by applying sound engineering practices and contributing to architectural decisions - Mentor junior engineers and help shape a positive, learning-oriented team culture - Support the global scaling of products by ensuring models and systems remain reliable under growth
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering or a closely related role - Strong expertise in machine learning methodologies, frameworks, and tooling - Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code and designs - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English for effective collaboration with remote teams - Passion for mentoring junior team members and contributing to team culture - Willingness to complete a technical assessment during the hiring process, or to substitute a portfolio-based conversation in its place
