Full-Stack Engineer (Node.js + Vue)

Role overview A full-stack engineering role on a remote-first team building product features across a Node.js backend and a Vue.js frontend. The engineer works end to end with designers and product owners to deliver cohesive software, owning everything from API design through interface implementation.

Responsibilities - Design and implement features spanning the Node.js backend and the Vue.js frontend. - Build, test, and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs and the client interfaces that consume them. - Collaborate with designers and product owners to translate user needs into well-scoped, high-quality releases. - Contribute to architecture, code review, and engineering practices that keep the codebase clean and maintainable. - Mentor junior engineers and help sustain a positive, collaborative team culture. - Help scale the application to support broader usage and evolving product requirements.

Requirements - Five or more years of professional software engineering experience across both backend and frontend systems. - Strong hands-on expertise with Node.js on the server side and Vue.js on the client side. - Solid problem-solving skills and a commitment to clean, maintainable code and design. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for effective remote collaboration. - Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team culture.

Nice to have - Experience with TypeScript, modern build pipelines, and shared component or design system work. - Comfort completing a technical assessment or presenting prior work via portfolio or GitHub.
