Software Engineer

Role overview Own substantial parts of a software platform that helps security teams analyze large codebases. The role spans the user-facing product, code-scanning services, integrations, and cloud infrastructure; engineers ship frequently and have direct influence on customer-facing features.

Responsibilities - Design and deliver full-stack features across a web application, scanning engine, and supporting services. - Build integrations with code-hosting, collaboration, and CI/CD platforms, including tailored connections for security teams. - Work with security users to understand issues and improve product workflows and scanning behavior. - Improve service reliability and observability through logging, analytics, and operational tooling. - Deploy and operate production services on Kubernetes across cloud environments.

Requirements - At least three years of professional software engineering experience. - Strong TypeScript and Python skills. - Experience with a modern web framework such as SvelteKit, Next.js, or React. - Familiarity with relational databases, ORMs, and API design. - Experience building and operating production services using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools. - Comfortable working autonomously on a small team in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have - Background in application security, static analysis, or developer tooling. - Familiarity with LLM integrations or AI-assisted code analysis. - Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Pulumi or Terraform.

Benefits and work setup - Full-time role, remote within the United States. - Compensation of $120,000–$160,000 plus equity.
