Quality Assurance Analyst

Role overview Help ensure that freight operations software behaves reliably across both conventional workflows and AI-powered features. You will plan and carry out testing, build browser-based automation, and assess AI agent outputs so issues and edge cases are found throughout product development.

Responsibilities - Design and run test plans for workflows across a freight orchestration platform. - Build automated browser tests using an end-to-end framework such as Playwright or Cypress. - Create evaluation datasets to measure the accuracy of AI agents. - Work with engineers to investigate defects and uncover edge cases in complex workflows. - Promote product quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements - At least three years of QA experience with web applications or SaaS products where reliability matters. - Experience with a modern end-to-end testing framework, such as Playwright or Cypress. - A systematic approach to testing and strong attention to detail. - Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
