About this role
Role overview
Lead hands-on visual design for campaigns, launches, digital experiences, and printed materials, carrying concepts through to finished, production-ready assets. The work spans brand, marketing, demand generation, product, sales, and communications, with close collaboration across internal teams and external creative vendors. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports; brand strategy and messaging direction come from a senior communications leader.
Responsibilities
- Develop connected design suites for campaigns and launches, adapting a core concept across social, advertising, email, web, print, signage, packaging, and branded merchandise. - Turn internal requests into concepts, gather feedback, refine the selected direction, and prepare organized files with clear usage guidance. - Design digital ads, emails, landing pages, web pages, and screens for customer-facing tools; collaborate with developers and product teams and review the built work. - Create materials for customer rollouts, events, sales, presentations, reports, and public-facing communications. - Maintain brand templates and image libraries, and guide freelancers, photographers, printers, and other vendors through production. - Coordinate priorities and timelines, uphold brand standards, and plan or direct photography and video shoots.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on graphic or brand design experience in-house or at an agency. - A portfolio showing end-to-end creative suites alongside website, digital, social, and print work. - Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva. - Experience designing websites, landing pages, email, digital advertising, or app/platform screens, with developer handoff experience. - Print production experience, including preparing files and working with printers or vendors. - Strong visual judgment in layout, typography, color, and photography; able to manage concurrent projects, deadlines, and explain design decisions. - A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Photo or video direction, motion graphics or editing, demand generation campaigns, website builders or content management systems, and design for events, signage, packaging, or branded goods. - Familiarity with responsible use of AI design tools within brand guidelines.
