Solutions Architect

Role overview A remote-first, full-time Solutions Architect role focused on enterprise clients, helping them integrate an AI platform into existing data ecosystems and day-to-day workflows. The position combines technical depth with client-facing communication, aiming to ensure both technical success and measurable return on investment.

Responsibilities - Partner with enterprise customers to map the platform onto their data landscape and operational processes. - Collaborate with the founding team to shape the enterprise AI roadmap based on real deployment patterns. - Bridge research-grade capabilities and production reliability in customer-facing designs. - Own a substantial part of the customer integration journey, from early discovery through to live operation. - Translate technical options into business outcomes that non-technical stakeholders can evaluate.

Requirements - Technical background with hands-on experience in client-facing or pre-sales engineering roles. - Ability to move comfortably between deep engineering detail and clear business framing. - Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and integration patterns. - Strong written and verbal communication with both engineers and executives. - Comfort operating with ambiguity in early-stage, founder-adjacent environments.

Nice to have - Familiarity with regulated sectors such as government, defence, or financial services. - Experience designing reference architectures, proofs of concept, or deployment playbooks. - Exposure to AI agents, authorisation layers, or workspace platforms.
