Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Role overview A senior-level, remote-first full-stack role building the core workspace of an AI platform, with emphasis on high-performance data visualisation, collaborative reasoning tooling, and export systems that hold up under audit. The position pairs closely with the founding team and spans frontend, backend, and product thinking.

Responsibilities - Collaborate with the founders to define and execute the AI workspace product roadmap. - Translate research-driven ideas into production features that are reliable and well instrumented. - Own a meaningful slice of the system from initial design through to operations. - Build dashboards that handle dense, data-heavy visualisations without sacrificing responsiveness. - Design and ship collaborative reasoning tools and export pipelines suited to regulated environments.

Requirements - Five or more years of experience with React and Next.js alongside a backend language such as Python or Go. - Proven track record building complex, data-intensive dashboard interfaces. - Care for performance, accessibility, and code quality under sustained use. - Genuine interest in tools that make complex reasoning paths easier to follow and verify. - Comfort working autonomously in a small, founder-adjacent team.

Nice to have - Experience with realtime collaboration, CRDTs, or similar multi-user editing patterns. - Background integrating large language model outputs into production interfaces. - Familiarity with audit trails, export compliance, or enterprise security requirements.
