Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Role overview Own production reliability for a digital age and identity verification platform where outages can interrupt customer signups and transactions. The role focuses on setting reliability targets, leading incident response, and improving the systems that support APIs, document processing, and data storage.

Responsibilities - Define and track service level objectives and indicators across Go APIs, Python OCR workers, and PostgreSQL infrastructure. - Lead incident response, prepare operational runbooks, and conduct post-incident reviews. - Improve production reliability and availability toward a 99.99% uptime target.

Requirements - Senior-level site reliability engineering experience. - Experience setting and operating SLOs and SLIs for production services. - Ability to lead incident response and turn operational findings into reliability improvements. - Familiarity with production systems involving APIs, background processing, and relational databases.

Benefits and work setup - Full-time, remote role open across the US and EU. - Listed compensation: $170,000–$220,000.
