Senior Product Designer

Role overview

Design clear, trustworthy experiences for a digital identity verification service. You will shape end-to-end user journeys across web and mobile, along with the tools businesses and developers use to configure and integrate verification, balancing strong security needs with a straightforward experience.

Responsibilities - Design verification flows for web and mobile that help users understand and complete identity checks. - Improve the verification widget, customer dashboard, and administrative tools. - Create and maintain a cohesive design system, including components implemented with Tailwind-based styling. - Make developer documentation easier to navigate and use during integration. - Work with product and engineering partners to deliver designs across the product.

Requirements - Significant product design experience delivering digital products. - Ability to design end-to-end flows across web and mobile interfaces. - Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components. - Strong collaboration skills for working with product and engineering teams. - Ability to balance usability, user trust, and security requirements.

Benefits and work setup - Full-time, remote role open to candidates in the US or Europe. - Listed compensation range: $140,000–$180,000. - Equipment support includes a laptop, monitor, and ergonomic setup. - Flexible time off, with a stated minimum of three weeks.
