Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Role overview Advance age bracket classification and face recognition models used in identity verification. The work centers on improving classifier accuracy and fairness, strengthening anti-spoofing, and deploying models for inference in users’ browsers through ONNX and WebAssembly.

Responsibilities - Improve binary classifiers for age thresholds, beginning with the 18+ model and extending to 12+, 15+, 21+, and 25+ thresholds. - Research and implement methods to improve classification performance. - Reduce bias in age estimation across the models. - Develop anti-spoofing approaches for face recognition and age verification. - Prepare ONNX models for client-side inference through WebAssembly.

Requirements - Senior machine learning engineering experience with production model development. - Experience improving classification models and evaluating their accuracy. - Ability to investigate and reduce bias in model performance. - Familiarity with anti-spoofing or face recognition work. - Experience with ONNX and browser-side inference using WebAssembly.

Benefits and work setup - Full-time, remote role open across the US and EU. - Listed compensation: $180,000–$240,000.
