Role overview

Research and develop machine learning methods for age assessment and identity verification, taking ideas from experiments into models that can run in a web browser. The role combines applied research in face analysis, document verification, and fraud resistance with practical model deployment.

Responsibilities - Investigate and prototype methods for age-bracket classification and face analysis. - Develop approaches to liveness detection and anti-spoofing that can address presentation attacks. - Explore techniques for document verification and identity checks. - Turn promising research into production-ready models exported for browser-based inference. - Evaluate model performance and refine methods based on real-world verification needs.

Requirements - Experience conducting applied machine learning research and building working prototypes. - Strong background in computer vision or face analysis. - Ability to move research results toward production deployment. - Familiarity with model formats and constraints for inference in web environments.

Benefits and work setup - Full-time, remote role open to candidates in the US or Europe. - Listed compensation range: $160,000–$220,000.
