Senior Analytics Engineer/Digital Insights Analyst

Role overview Analyze digital sales, customer behavior, and online performance data to help teams make informed commercial decisions. The role combines hands-on data preparation and reporting with KPI analysis, insight development, and communication with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities - Query, combine, structure, and prepare data from multiple sources for analysis. - Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI. - Define and analyze business KPIs, tracking trends and unusual results. - Identify opportunities to improve digital sales and webshop performance. - Turn business questions into clear analyses, insights, and practical recommendations. - Explain findings to stakeholders in a way that supports decision-making.

Requirements - Professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence. - Strong practical SQL and Power BI skills, including dashboard and report development. - Strong Databricks skills and experience preparing datasets for analysis and reporting. - Ability to interpret KPIs, trends, and anomalies and connect findings to business needs. - Clear stakeholder communication skills and good command of English. - Eligibility to work from within the European Union and a valid work permit.

Nice to have - Experience with Snowflake and Python or R. - Background in e-commerce, digital sales, or web analytics.
