Role overview
A DevOps Engineer role supporting development teams with technical guidance, solution design, and reliable delivery across both cloud and on-premises environments. The position focuses on maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting within a global engineering and digital transformation context. It involves close collaboration with development and infrastructure teams to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support development teams with product knowledge, technical guidance, and solution design - Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and build environments - Manage and improve infrastructure automation and configuration processes - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on improvements and best practices - Support infrastructure across both cloud and on-premises air-gapped environments - Contribute to monitoring and observability initiatives - Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable and efficient delivery
Requirements
- Hands-on experience as an AWS DevOps Engineer or in a similar role - Practical experience with Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Git, and CI/CD pipelines - Experience with Docker and Docker Swarm - Good knowledge of core AWS services including EC2, CloudFormation, VPC, Subnets, AMIs, ALBs, S3, and ECR - Understanding of Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, and cloud infrastructure principles - Experience working with both cloud and on-premises air-gapped environments - Good English communication skills at B2 level or above
Nice to have
- Practical experience using AI-powered assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor to improve productivity and quality in software delivery - Familiarity with monitoring and observability solutions including the ELK Stack and Grafana - Experience with firewall management, preferably FortiGate
