Full Stack Developer (0–2 Years Experience)

Role overview

Build complete product features across the frontend and backend for AI-powered software involving automation, CRM, communications, and intelligent workflows. Designed for developers with up to two years of experience, this role offers broad exposure to modern web applications, integrations, cloud infrastructure, AI capabilities, and scalable system design while working with product, design, and senior engineering partners.

Responsibilities

- Deliver end-to-end features using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, Node.js, and related web technologies. - Create responsive interfaces, reusable UI components, and consistent design-system patterns. - Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services supporting AI features, automation workflows, and external integrations. - Work with PostgreSQL schemas and queries, authentication, authorization, and secure multi-tenant applications. - Integrate services such as email, messaging, CRM, and AI platforms, and build real-time functionality with WebSockets or Server-Sent Events. - Develop background jobs, write maintainable tests, participate in reviews and technical discussions, and help troubleshoot production issues.

Requirements

- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development practices. - Experience with React and component-based architecture, plus working knowledge of TypeScript. - Basic backend development experience with Python or Node.js. - Familiarity with REST APIs, client-server architecture, relational databases, and SQL fundamentals. - Comfort using Git and collaborating through shared development workflows. - Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

- Exposure to Next.js App Router, Django/DRF, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, state-management or data-fetching libraries, Celery, cloud platforms, OAuth, LLM APIs, WebSockets, CI/CD, or testing tools such as Vitest, Playwright, or pytest.
