Role overview
Design, build, and support integrations that connect enterprise applications and services. This role carries work from requirements and solution design through testing and production deployment, with a focus on secure, resilient integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint and Azure Integration Services. It also contributes to platform reliability, documentation, and support for users and engineering colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, or modify integration solutions to meet business needs and established standards. - Work with stakeholders, analysts, and developers to clarify requirements and deliver the agreed solution. - Create and run integration test plans, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate production releases. - Document integration designs, flows, test plans, and relevant user guidance. - Monitor integration performance, optimize platform resources, and support ongoing system functionality. - Apply security controls, follow change and disaster-recovery practices, and provide user training or issue support as needed.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent practical experience. - 3–5 years of technical experience, preferably in systems integration. - At least 3 years designing and implementing secure, scalable integrations with Azure Integration Services and MuleSoft Anypoint. - Experience with integration patterns, enterprise systems, testing and debugging, and API test tools such as Postman or SoapUI. - Familiarity with source control, DevOps and release practices, and monitoring or log tools such as Datadog or Splunk. - Strong documentation, communication, prioritization, and coordination skills; able to manage multiple objectives and deliver an assigned scope.
Nice to have
- Experience with integrations that support AI implementations. - Background administering integration platforms, assessing resource use, and improving allocation.
