About this role
Role overview A growth-focused product role driving the tactical execution of an acquisition testing program for a consumer subscription health platform. The position owns the throughput of the experimentation roadmap, taking hypotheses across landing pages, clinical-program quizzes, plans, checkout, and promotional configuration from idea to live test within a sprint. The role works at the intersection of marketing, design, and engineering to optimize acquisition funnels, including flows for newer clinical care pathways.

Requirements - 3+ years in product management, product marketing, growth, marketing operations, or a comparable analytical role. - Demonstrated experience designing and running A/B tests in a consumer subscription or e-commerce environment. - Experience working in Jira or another sprint-based project management tool. - Proficiency with product analytics tools such as Looker, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or equivalent. - Familiarity with experimentation and feature-flagging platforms such as Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, or GrowthBook. - Hands-on experience with a headless CMS such as Storyblok or Contentful. - Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting test results to senior stakeholders. - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field.
Nice to have - Health, wellness, or healthcare product experience.
Benefits and work setup - US pay range: $90,000–$105,000, with eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program. - Hybrid work environment designed to balance in-office collaboration with flexibility. - Mission-driven culture focused on building a global community connected by healthy habits, with strong commitment to equal opportunity employment.
