Role overview
A digital health company running a clinically studied behavioral weight health program is hiring a Principal Product Manager to own how members experience the product end-to-end. Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a consumer product used daily at scale - Quantifiable track record of impact on engagement, retention, behavior change, or revenue that can be attributed to your own work - Experience leading cross-functional work without formal authority, including where the remit or organization was unclear - Hands-on experimentation and product analytics skills, including defining metrics, building funnels, and designing clean-read experiments - Background with content-heavy products where users must find and act on large amounts of information - Ability to reason through technical tradeoffs with engineers and communicate clearly with senior leaders
Nice to have
- Experience in behavior change, health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, or habit-forming products - Background connecting digital products with offline or in-person experiences such as community, coaching, or events - Familiarity with personalization, lifecycle engagement, or recommendation systems - Experience in small, scrappy, or early-stage environments - Comfort using AI tools to move faster and make the product better
