Senior Software Engineer (Frontend)

Role overview

Senior frontend-focused software engineering role for building fast, scalable, polished web products in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. You will own features from concept through production, partner closely with product, design, and engineering, and contribute to both user experience quality and technical standards. Backend experience is useful, but the primary focus is modern frontend development and product delivery.

Responsibilities

- Build maintainable, high-performance web applications with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and related frontend technologies. - Turn product and design concepts into responsive, accurate, and intuitive user experiences. - Deliver features collaboratively across product, design, and engineering teams. - Improve application speed, scalability, reliability, and overall frontend performance. - Investigate complex issues, write and maintain tests, and uphold strong code-quality practices. - Participate in architecture discussions and help raise engineering standards; contribute across the stack when needed.

Requirements

- At least two years of professional software engineering experience. - Experience building products in a B2B SaaS setting. - Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js. - Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, frontend architecture, and performance optimization. - Experience integrating REST APIs and working with modern web application patterns. - Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, product ownership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

- Professional experience with Python or backend development. - Education from a highly selective engineering institution or experience at a well-known early-stage, venture-backed startup.
