Frontend Engineer

Role overview

Build polished, high-performing interfaces for an AI-powered search-visibility product used by thousands of marketers. The role is primarily hands-on frontend development, translating designs into responsive production experiences while collaborating with design and backend teammates and keeping user experience, maintainability, and performance closely aligned.

Responsibilities

- Convert design files into accurate, reusable React components. - Build responsive interfaces that work consistently across devices and screen sizes. - Track and improve Core Web Vitals, including loading speed, responsiveness, and layout stability. - Own frontend architecture, the component library, and the design-system foundations. - Integrate REST APIs and collaborate with Python-based backend services when needed. - Review pull requests, maintain code quality, investigate production issues, and deliver fixes quickly. - Support the frontend build, deployment, performance-monitoring, and optimization workflow.

Requirements

- Two to five years of experience shipping production React or Next.js applications. - Strong visual judgment and careful attention to implementation details. - Practical experience optimizing Core Web Vitals and frontend performance. - Experience integrating REST APIs. - Basic Python knowledge sufficient for backend collaboration. - Ability to work effectively with designers and contribute to clean, scalable frontend code.

Nice to have

- TypeScript experience. - Experience working at an early-stage startup. - Understanding of technical SEO requirements. - A portfolio demonstrating precise, design-led implementations.
