Product Manager

Role overview A venture-backed software company is hiring a Product Manager to own end-to-end product areas on its developer platform. The platform provides authentication, identity, authorization, and adjacent infrastructure that helps application developers ship enterprise-ready features quickly. The work sits at the intersection of human and agent identity, addressing how modern AI systems authenticate and gain scoped access to critical resources.

Responsibilities - Own one or more product areas with full accountability for outcomes, from discovery through delivery and post-launch iteration - Run regular customer conversations with developers and technical buyers, then translate findings into prioritized product direction - Partner closely with engineering and design to move from concept to shipped product on tight cycles - Define success metrics and rigorously evaluate whether shipped work actually moved them - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and go-to-market teams to launch new features and products effectively - Identify zero-to-one opportunities and drive them from blank page to general availability - Make hard prioritization calls with incomplete information and defend them with clear reasoning - Contribute to the broader product strategy and roadmap as the organization scales

Requirements - Proven experience owning product areas end-to-end in a software or developer-tools environment - Strong ability to synthesize customer feedback into clear, prioritized direction - Track record of partnering with engineering and design to ship quickly - Comfort defining and acting on success metrics rather than just shipping features - Demonstrated ability to make defensible prioritization calls under uncertainty - Experience contributing to product strategy and roadmap at a growing company
