About this role
Role overview Work on AuthKit, the identity and authentication product that lets B2B developers solve onboarding and sign-in for enterprise customers. The product is treated as critical infrastructure at scale, so this role pairs product engineering with platform-level thinking on reliability, performance, and security. Expect to move fluidly between shipping user-facing features and hardening the systems that back them.
Responsibilities - Design and engineer developer- and end-user-facing experiences for the identity and authentication product. - Build deep market understanding of the product and drive adoption among B2B software teams. - Lead work on application reliability, scalability, and performance for infrastructure customers rely on at scale. - Earn developer trust by operating a highly available, performant, and secure service. - Talk with customers regularly to gather feedback, debug issues, and remove friction. - Collaborate with other product teams, solutions engineering, and the go-to-market function, and partner with leadership on greenfield ideas.
Requirements - Five or more years of industry software development experience and a bachelor's degree. - Comfort working on small teams in fast-paced environments. - End-to-end experience building both refined UI/UX and the API services that back it. - Intellectually curious, independently driven, and passionate about great products. - Growth mindset, high emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills.
Nice to have - Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Postgres. - Background in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or a related industry.
