Product Engineer - Feature Flags

Role overview Build the feature flagging product that lets B2B developers roll out, control, and experiment with functionality across environments, customers, and regions. The team combines APIs and a polished UI, treating developer experience as a first-class concern and obsessing over feedback loops with real users. The work blends greenfield product thinking with the reliability demands of a service customers rely on in production.

Responsibilities - Design and engineer delightful experiences for both developers and end users consuming the feature flag product. - Develop a clear understanding of where the product sits in the market and drive adoption. - Build and operate a highly available, secure product that earns long-term developer trust. - Talk to customers regularly to gather feedback, debug issues, and eliminate friction. - Collaborate with other product teams, solutions engineering, and the go-to-market organization. - Partner directly with leadership on greenfield ideas and help recruit and assess future engineering teammates.

Requirements - Five or more years of industry software development experience. - Track record of working on small teams in fast-paced environments. - End-to-end experience crafting both polished UI/UX and the API services behind it. - Intellectually curious, independently driven, and passionate about great products. - Growth mindset, high emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills.

Nice to have - Prior experience working on a feature flags platform or product. - Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Postgres. - Background in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or a related industry.
