About this role
Role overview A senior design role on a SaaS platform that automates compliance and duty-of-care processes for international business travel, workations, and cross-border assignments. The designer will help shape the end-to-end product experience, set visual and interaction standards, and partner closely with product managers and engineers. It is a high-impact position intended to push design quality and consistency across the entire product.
Responsibilities - Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes grounded in real user needs and business goals. - Validate concepts through rapid prototyping and usability testing, iterating based on evidence. - Translate product requirements and user research into clear, scalable interface designs. - Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, support user research, and add personalization to the design process. - Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in an agile setting to ship features from concept to launch. - Own and evolve a scalable design system, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across all touchpoints.
Requirements - Five or more years of professional UI/UX design experience with a track record of shipping intuitive digital products. - Background designing B2B SaaS platforms, ideally for enterprise customers. - Strong Figma skills, including auto-layout, components, design tokens, and prototyping. - A portfolio that demonstrates process, outcomes, and design thinking. - Experience creating, evolving, and maintaining design systems. - Customer-centric mindset with the ability to turn feedback and data into measurable UX improvements. - Fluency in English; German is a plus.
Nice to have - Prior collaboration with Angular front-end teams. - Strong empathy for users and grounding in usability and human psychology. - Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
