Advise enterprise leaders on turning strategic priorities into measurable execution and business results. The director guides prospective and new customers through platform introduction, operating-model design, and early value realization, then helps sustain outcomes through executive relationships and ongoing enablement.
Responsibilities
- Lead executive conversations and working sessions to clarify strategic goals, business challenges, and desired outcomes. - Advise customers on strategy execution, portfolio management, and operating models that connect long- and short-term priorities. - Guide platform launches and enable leaders and teams to use the solution in their regular business reviews and planning. - Build scalable, data-informed value journeys and track progress toward measurable customer results. - Partner with customer success and sales on renewals, expansion opportunities, services, and customer references. - Create clear executive presentations that explain complex concepts and connect technology to business value.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience, with strong business judgment and the ability to work across enterprise functions. - Experience in strategy development and deployment, operating-model improvement, strategy execution, and strategic portfolio management. - Track record leading enterprise consulting or implementation engagements, ideally involving SaaS or strategy execution. - Ability to own work across multiple customer accounts and build relationships with senior executives. - Excellent communication, storytelling, facilitation, and influencing skills; able to remain tactful and composed under pressure. - A customer-focused, self-directed approach and motivation to help organizations improve results.
Nice to have
Consulting experience at a strategy or management consulting firm, and experience at a high-growth B2B software company, are considered advantages.
