AI/ML Engineer

Role overview A client-facing Cloud AI/ML Delivery Engineer role focused on building and deploying artificial intelligence solutions on Google Cloud Platform. The position blends hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and consulting to help enterprise and public-sector customers adopt AI/ML capabilities.

Responsibilities - Drive successful project delivery while collaborating with client engineering teams, product owners, and solutions architects - Perform discovery activities to capture business requirements, technical needs, success metrics, and solution architecture - Act as a trusted advisor, turning needs into high-impact AI/ML solutions aligned to client goals - Develop AI/ML roadmaps that maximize use of Google Cloud's data and AI capabilities - Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring - Establish repeatable processes and best practices for delivering AI/ML projects across a professional services organization

Requirements - 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing consulting role - Proven experience with AI/ML technologies and applications - Hands-on experience with the Gemini family of models, including Gemini Enterprise integration and custom model fine-tuning - Proficiency with Google Cloud services such as Vertex AI, TensorFlow, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dataflow - Working knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language such as Python or Node.js, plus relevant AI/ML libraries - Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, with familiarity using tools like Git and Jira

Nice to have - Google Cloud Platform professional certifications - Experience designing and delivering large enterprise solutions within professional services - Knowledge of security and IAM tools and principles
