Senior Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager

Role overview This senior role leads the delivery of digital and technology projects, combining classic project management with hands-on involvement in applied AI initiatives. The position sits within a cross-functional tech and experience team of more than fifty developers, designers, and consultants, partnering with creative and strategy colleagues to ship work for external clients.

Responsibilities - Plan and control development projects, including resource allocation, budgets, and timelines. - Drive practical AI projects from ideation through implementation, ensuring quality outcomes. - Run requirement engineering sessions to understand professional needs and translate them into prioritized work packages. - Prepare service descriptions and effort estimates for internal and client stakeholders. - Act as a professional point of contact for development teams, agency colleagues, and customers throughout delivery. - Coordinate escalations, manage risks, and ensure compliance with timing and budget constraints.

Requirements - At least five years of project management experience delivering digital applications in an agency or professional services environment. - Strong knowledge of digital and software development lifecycles, including lean and automated redesign or scaling of processes. - Familiarity with standard PM tooling such as Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce. - Fluent German at C1/C2 and English at B2+. - Valid work permit for Germany with at least one year of onsite work, plus willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally to international locations.
