Partner Solutions Architect - MSP

Role overview Help managed service providers build and deliver cloud security offerings for their customers. You’ll act as a technical strategist and trusted advisor, shaping solutions and partner enablement while supporting complex sales opportunities across multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities - Develop technical strategy and security solutions with managed service provider partners. - Create and deliver demonstrations and technical enablement for partner teams. - Design integrated solutions and messaging in coordination with partner-facing teams. - Work with partner technical staff to build internal champions and identify useful integrations that can advance opportunities. - Advise partners on cloud security and represent technical perspectives at partner or industry events. - Help partners develop technical delivery models for managed security services; travel may reach 40% as needed.

Requirements - At least five years of cloud security experience, including familiarity with cloud security posture management, identity permissions, infrastructure-as-code security, containers, and serverless systems. - Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud platforms. - Practical DevSecOps experience, including CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code tools, and integrating security earlier in development. - Understanding of operating systems, virtual machines, container orchestration, and cloud identity controls such as access, certificates, and keys. - Track record in technical pre-sales, presenting complex solutions and strategic recommendations to senior technology stakeholders. - Knowledge of managed service provider business and delivery models, including packaging, pricing, service-level agreements, and adoption by engineering or security operations teams.

Nice to have - Experience securing AI services and machine-learning workloads, or helping customers address unapproved AI use. - Familiarity with autonomous agents, AI workflow safeguards, and access controls for agent systems. - Experience using automation or AI to improve security operations, incident triage, or remediation. - Background in container runtime security, managed detection and response, cloud data security, or regulatory compliance.
