HFT Performance Engineer

Role overview This senior performance engineering role aims to reduce latency and improve reliability across a real-time digital asset trading system. The work spans hardware, networks, and software, combining low-level investigation with production data analysis and collaboration across trading, infrastructure, and software teams.

Responsibilities - Improve latency, reliability, and efficiency across the trading stack. - Debug Linux kernel behavior, tune network stacks, and benchmark hardware. - Analyze live performance data, profile systems, and identify bottlenecks. - Build or improve tools for monitoring and trace analysis. - Prototype, test, and deploy performance changes in live environments. - Coordinate with trading, infrastructure, and software engineers to measure improvements.

Requirements - At least five years of experience with low-latency hardware and software. - Strong Linux kernel and network engineering knowledge. - Deep understanding of networking. - Familiarity with market data feeds, order books, and exchange-level protocols.
