AI Engagement Lead

Role overview Lead a portfolio of client AI implementation programmes, guiding each engagement from discovery and scoping through delivery, adoption, renewal, and growth. You will work with senior client stakeholders and a small embedded engineering team to turn business challenges into measurable outcomes and useful, responsibly implemented systems.

Responsibilities - Translate executive goals and operational problems into a focused set of outcomes, delivery plans, and evidence of progress. - Own client relationships and experience, building trust with sponsors and the people using the solutions. - Guide implementation from discovery through rollout, adoption, and ongoing improvement. - Work closely with one or two embedded engineers, connecting client needs with technical delivery. - Use product and technical judgment to challenge plans and keep work tied to business impact. - Manage the commercial development of engagements, including renewal and account growth.

Requirements - Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders and client teams. - Product and technical depth sufficient to assess and challenge implementation plans. - Commercial judgment and ability to develop client engagements. - Ownership and sound judgment in finding responsible ways forward on complex problems.

Benefits and work setup Full-time, remote-first role based in Portugal, with occasional client travel for discovery, kick-offs, and key working sessions. Gross annual salary is €47,000–€56,000, plus an annual benefits budget of €21,000–€24,000, including meal allowance. A profit-sharing scheme is also offered; payouts vary with company results and allocation rules.
