Senior AI Engineer (Agents & LLMs)

Role overview Design and deliver AI agents and applications built on large language models, taking them from early prototypes into production. The role covers architecture as well as the reliability and security of the resulting systems, with technical leadership across AI projects.

Responsibilities - Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures and agent workflows. - Integrate hosted and open-source language models into products. - Establish evaluation approaches and safeguards for AI behavior. - Provide technical direction on AI project work. - Take responsibility for application reliability and security from prototype through production.

Requirements - At least five years of software engineering experience, including work with AI or LLMs. - Strong programming ability in Python and/or TypeScript. - Practical experience with RAG, vector stores, and prompt engineering. - A rigorous, self-directed approach and sound product judgment.
