About this role
Role overview Join a data science and engineering team to drive new user acquisition and deposit growth across paid, organic, and brand marketing channels. As the directly responsible individual for a key marketing pillar, you will build algorithms, measurement systems, and analytics that shape how millions in marketing spend are allocated and optimized.
Responsibilities - Build data products and algorithms that optimize marketing performance, including budget allocation, targeting strategies, and campaign optimization across multiple channels. - Design and implement measurement strategies such as attribution modeling, incrementality analysis, and multi-touch attribution for marketing initiatives. - Drive marketing strategy through data insights, A/B testing, and causal inference to maximize return on marketing spend. - Develop and maintain analytics pipelines and data infrastructure in collaboration with data engineers and other data scientists. - Run exploratory analysis to identify growth opportunities, understand customer behavior, and optimize marketing tactics. - Provide reporting, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis for marketing stakeholders while leveraging AI tooling to streamline operational tasks. - Partner with ad platforms and internal engineering teams to ensure robust tracking, data integration, and measurement capabilities.
Requirements - Solid understanding of digital marketing mechanics, including attribution, ad platforms, tracking, and conversion optimization. - Strong experience with marketing analytics, experimentation, and translating business questions into technical solutions. - Fluency in SQL and Python, plus comfort working with cloud data warehouses and modern data tooling. - Ability to communicate findings to marketing stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional partners with clarity and credibility. - Self-directed ownership style, with a bias for shipping the simplest effective solution.
