Frontend Developer

Role overview Design and ship fast, accessible interfaces for an AI-driven support product, translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive customer experiences measured in days, not quarters. This frontend role partners closely with design, product, and backend teams to shape the roadmap and sweat the UX details that make a difference.

Responsibilities - Own features end-to-end, from sketch and prototype through polished UI and learning from real usage. - Build modern, component-driven interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind. - Make complex AI capabilities feel accessible and intuitive to end users. - Champion performance and accessibility as defaults, not afterthoughts. - Raise the bar through thoughtful code reviews, testing habits, and crisp documentation. - Use AI pair-programming tools thoughtfully to draft and refactor code you remain responsible for.

Requirements - Strong grasp of web fundamentals including semantic HTML, modern CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript. - Experience with or strong eagerness to learn React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind. - Product-minded approach: measuring impact, spotting sharp edges, and iterating quickly. - Clear, opinionated communication with a willingness to disagree and commit. - Comfort integrating APIs and writing unit tests (Vitest, Jest, or React Testing Library). - End-to-end testing experience with Playwright or Cypress.

Nice to have - Interest in accessibility standards and inclusive design patterns. - Experience contributing to architectural decisions or shaping engineering practices. - Comfort engaging directly with customers to gather feedback.
