Senior Full Stack Developer

Role overview A senior full-stack position focused on delivering demanding client projects end-to-end with a tightly knit team. You will work directly with clients, influence product direction, and have every line of code peer reviewed in both directions.

Responsibilities - Build features across the stack using TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js within an end-to-end product team that includes project managers. - Collaborate directly with clients, translating needs into product decisions and helping shape the product vision. - Write clean, maintainable code and participate in a 100% code review culture. - Self-manage and organize your work effectively, with autonomy over how you deliver outcomes. - Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and help raise the team's collective craft. - Use AI tools as a daily part of development, design, and problem-solving workflows.

Requirements - Solid grasp of JavaScript, including its trade-offs and limitations. - Commercial experience with React.js and the TypeScript type system. - Familiarity with multiple CSS techniques (CSS-in-JS, CSS modules, SCSS, Tailwind). - Working knowledge of the web platform, its APIs, server-client communication, and how to use databases such as PostgreSQL efficiently. - B2+ English for client communication and B2+ Polish for internal communication. - Proven remote work experience, transparent communication, attention to detail, and a self-driven, feedback-oriented mindset.

Nice to have - React Native experience for occasional mobile work. - Background using AI tools in development workflows.
