Full Stack Developer

Role overview A full-stack developer role joining during a growth phase, working on a wide range of client projects across multiple sectors. The position combines the stability of an established business with the flexibility of a smaller team, and offers room to shape your own role as the company evolves.

Responsibilities - Develop across the stack using TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js within a tightly knit team that includes project managers. - Work directly with clients and contribute to shaping product vision and direction. - Produce clean, maintainable code within a 100% code review culture. - Self-manage and organize your work to deliver effectively. - Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives and use AI tools as part of everyday development.

Requirements - Strong understanding of JavaScript, the TypeScript type system, and React.js in a commercial setting. - Knowledge of CSS techniques (CSS-in-JS, CSS modules, SCSS, Tailwind) and the wider web platform including APIs, server-client communication, and database usage. - B2+ English for client communication and B2+ Polish for internal communication. - Remote work experience, self-driven work style, attention to detail, transparent communication, and openness to giving and receiving feedback. - Product-oriented mindset and comfort with value-driven development.

Nice to have - React Native experience for mobile work. - Active use of AI assistants or agents in development workflows.
