Remote job
GTM Engineer
Job details
About this role
Role overview Take ownership of customer growth at a small, profitable startup as a GTM Engineer, a hybrid technical and content role focused on automation, storytelling, and user-facing surfaces. Success is measured directly by customer acquisition and engagement, not by traditional marketing output volume. The position suits an engineer with strong taste who enjoys building tools, writing, and shipping content hands-on.
Responsibilities - Automate the company's go-to-market workflows and your own day-to-day work, including building and managing agents that handle operational tasks. - Create technical blogs, videos, feature walkthroughs, and other user-focused content across channels. - Engage directly with users across community and support channels, turning feedback into content and product improvements. - Own and operate the website, documentation, blog, and other user-facing surfaces end-to-end. - Define and execute the practices and tools used to acquire and convert customers.
Requirements - Engineer with first-principles thinking and a strong passion for product and user experience. - Excellent written communication and a clear sense of taste for content and design. - Hands-on comfort creating technical content, such as blogs, case studies, videos, or explainers. - Strong affinity for automation, with the ability to build tools that replace repetitive work. - Entrepreneurial mindset, ideally with prior founder experience, a notable side project, or significant ownership in a previous role.
Nice to have - Experience with growth marketing, developer relations, or technical content at a developer-tools or infrastructure company. - Familiarity with building agents, integrations, or workflow automations.
Benefits and work setup - Remote role based in India, full-time. - High equity and compensation, with a founding-team impact level. - Broad, interesting set of problems spanning engineering, content, and growth. - Interview process: three knockout rounds (Build an App, Content Creation, Marketing and Growth), using your own computer; AI tools and IDEs are encouraged.
