Analytics Engineer

Role overview Full-stack analytics engineering role embedded within a fast-growing AI developer tools company, owning the data model end to end and partnering across product, engineering, growth, revenue, and go-to-market teams. The position combines infrastructure building, experimentation, and high-impact analysis in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities - Define, build, and visualize core product and business metrics that guide company-wide decisions. - Design and analyze A/B experiments to measure the impact of product changes and pricing initiatives. - Extend data models to support new product features, pricing models, and business initiatives, including product-qualified lead surfacing and revenue analytics. - Build and maintain canonical data models that serve as reliable sources of truth across the organization. - Develop and operate production ETL pipelines and reverse-ETL to downstream consumers, including automation of data team workflows. - Establish data quality monitoring and reliability practices across the data stack.

Requirements - Strong SQL and data modeling skills with experience designing production ETL/ELT pipelines. - Ability to partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, growth, and revenue teams. - Hands-on experience with experimentation, metric definition, and analytics for SaaS or developer products. - Comfort working across telemetry, transactional databases, LLM conversational data, and GTM pipelines. - Track record of building durable data infrastructure while delivering high-impact analyses.

Nice to have - Experience with reverse-ETL, data activation tools, or AI-assisted analytics automation. - Background ingesting and modeling LLM or AI product telemetry.
