Role overview Be part of a Cloud & DevOps group that underpins enterprise SaaS platforms used by global customers. The role focuses on embedding security into cloud infrastructure, automating safeguards, and ensuring the platform can scale without compromising trust or compliance.
Responsibilities - Architect and deliver security-focused capabilities for enterprise cloud and DevOps environments. - Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and design stakeholders to align security with delivery outcomes. - Implement infrastructure-as-code, policy-as-code, and automated guardrails across AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Harden Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines against misconfiguration and attack paths. - Drive improvements in observability, incident response readiness, and reliability documentation. - Participate in architecture reviews, sprint ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements - Six to nine years in cloud security, DevSecOps, or related infrastructure security roles. - Solid understanding of enterprise software development and cloud-native architecture. - Practical experience with at least one major cloud provider, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling. - Working knowledge of observability stacks, identity controls, and network security in cloud environments. - Ability to operate in agile teams with strong ownership and delivery discipline.
Nice to have - Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms or large enterprise systems. - Familiarity with AI-enabled development or automation tooling. - Comfort collaborating across distributed teams in multiple regions. - Exposure to security-by-design frameworks, compliance readiness, and production reliability practices. - Background in high-growth product engineering or platform modernization programs.
