Role overview Join a global AI & Data team that powers enterprise SaaS platforms serving international markets. The position centers on translating generative AI concepts into reliable, production-grade product capabilities that hold up under enterprise security, scalability, and operational standards.
Responsibilities - Design and ship AI-powered product features for multi-tenant SaaS platforms, from requirements through release. - Partner with product, engineering, cloud, data, security, and design teams to deliver cohesive, business-ready outcomes. - Build retrieval-augmented and generative components using Python, LLMs, vector databases, and cloud AI services. - Contribute to architecture reviews, implementation planning, quality gates, and operational readiness for new launches. - Strengthen automation, observability, reliability, and internal documentation across assigned workstreams. - Participate in agile rituals, including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives, and own delivery commitments end to end.
Requirements - Six to nine years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, or generative AI engineering roles. - Strong grasp of enterprise software development, cloud-enabled systems, and scalable architecture patterns. - Hands-on ability with Python, LLM integration, RAG patterns, vector databases, and API design. - Experience working within structured agile teams with clear ownership and delivery accountability. - Familiarity with security-by-design principles, production reliability practices, and compliance-aware engineering.
Nice to have - Background on SaaS products, enterprise platforms, or multi-tenant systems. - Exposure to AI-assisted development, automation tooling, or intelligent product workflows. - Experience collaborating across distributed teams in multiple geographies. - Prior work in high-growth product engineering or platform modernization initiatives.
