Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of enterprise data architecture, pipelines, and data models - Set technical direction and standards for data engineering practices across the team - Partner with analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, well-governed data products - Mentor and review work from other engineers on the data team - Drive improvements in data quality, reliability, and platform scalability
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in data engineering, with a track record at a senior or principal level - Deep expertise in data modeling, warehousing, and large-scale pipeline design - Demonstrated technical leadership, including mentoring and architectural decision-making - Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams - Eligibility and availability to work remotely within the United States
