About this role
Role overview Guide enterprise customers through the technical design and adoption of an edge AI platform in complex corporate IT environments. This solutions architecture role partners with sales and account teams, customer IT and security leaders, and internal product, engineering, and deployment groups to turn requirements into workable designs and support successful rollouts.
Responsibilities - Lead discovery with enterprise IT, security, and infrastructure teams to understand networks, systems, requirements, and constraints. - Design solutions that address connectivity, bandwidth, device management, security, and deployment needs. - Partner with sales and customer success colleagues to resolve technical obstacles in large customer engagements. - Lead customer security reviews, IT questionnaires, and architecture approval discussions. - Prepare solution documents and diagrams that make complex technical decisions clear to customer teams. - Coordinate with deployment teams, handle complex technical escalations, and relay customer needs to product and engineering. - Develop reusable reference architectures and patterns for recurring enterprise requirements.
Requirements - 6–8 years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or enterprise IT and network engineering. - Strong knowledge of corporate networking and systems, including TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VPNs, Linux internals, and edge or IoT architectures. - Experience leading technical discussions with senior IT, security, and infrastructure stakeholders. - Ability to gather customer requirements and translate them into clear technical requirements for engineering teams. - Experience producing customer-facing designs, technical documentation, and architecture diagrams. - Familiarity with enterprise security review processes and frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
Nice to have - Experience with 802.1X, certificate management or PKI, or enterprise device management. - Background supporting large, multi-site environments such as warehouses, distribution centers, or retail operations. - Relevant certifications, such as CCNP or CISSP, or equivalent experience.
