Role overview As a Senior Data Engineer, you’ll build and maintain the data pipelines behind a workforce intelligence system. The work focuses on turning company-year workforce observations into structured data, at a scale spanning millions of companies and records across many countries.

Responsibilities - Design and build large-scale data pipelines. - Maintain pipelines that support the workforce intelligence infrastructure. - Aggregate workforce observations from company-year records. - Normalize and structure the data for use by the wider engineering effort. - Work closely with the engineering team on these data systems.
