Senior Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities - Define and drive a multi-year product strategy and investment roadmap for the full member experience, aligning teams and senior leaders around activation, engagement, retention, and health outcomes - Identify the highest-leverage consumer product opportunities using member insights, business priorities, clinical outcomes, and market developments - Shape a strategic approach to personalization and adaptive experiences powered by data, AI, and behavioral insights - Translate complex clinical and care-delivery flows into intuitive, trusted consumer products - Build durable experimentation, measurement, and decision-making frameworks across the member lifecycle - Serve as a trusted thought partner to Product, Design, Engineering, AI/ML, Analytics, and executive leaders - Lead through influence across Clinical, Coaching, Operations, and Regulatory partners, balancing member value, clinical impact, and compliance - Mentor product leaders and raise the quality of product practices organization-wide

Requirements - Demonstrated ability to translate an ambitious vision into a coherent product strategy, roadmap, and sequence of investments across complex cross-functional systems - Fluency in how data, AI, and personalization create adaptive consumer experiences, with the ability to engage deeply with Engineering, Machine Learning, Analytics, and Design partners - Track record of operating at a senior individual-contributor level with cross-team influence - Comfortable navigating clinical, regulatory, and operational partners alongside product and engineering - Alignment with values around putting people first, ownership, evidence-based decisions, transparency, low ego, and rapid iteration
