About this role

Role overview Own the product direction for a shared cloud platform that brings enterprise data and AI capabilities together. The role connects infrastructure and data foundations with tools used by engineers building agents and business users configuring them, with a focus on making the platform trusted, governed, and practical to use.

Responsibilities - Set the roadmap for a unified data foundation, including ingestion, semantic models, and catalogs that help AI agents use reliable enterprise information. - Gather needs from engineering, business, and data stakeholders and turn them into clear platform requirements in partnership with engineering teams. - Shape self-service portals, command-line tools, software kits, and templates that help developers create and deploy agents. - Define governance controls, privacy boundaries, and safeguards for users working with sensitive data. - Specify analytics for platform adoption, agent usage, accuracy, costs, and business value.

Requirements - At least 7 years of product management experience, including ownership of data, AI, cloud infrastructure, or engineering enablement platforms. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience. - Experience serving both technical and non-technical users and measuring platform success through adoption, reliability, and development speed. - Strong knowledge of modern data architecture, particularly on Google Cloud, and familiarity with agent orchestration concepts. - Experience with cloud platforms in regulated settings, such as environments governed by FedRAMP, SOC 2, HIPAA, or Department of Defense impact levels. - Ability to set measurable objectives and align engineering and business stakeholders around outcomes.

Benefits and work setup The role is hybrid and based from an office in Carlsbad, San Jose, or Denver. Employees work onsite at least three days per week. The description notes that additional cash or stock incentives and a range of health and other benefits may be part of the compensation package.
