Senior Product Manager

Role overview A senior product management role owning strategy and roadmap for a high-traffic SaaS platform serving veterinary clinics and the pet owners they care for. The position spans the full product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and iteration, with a focus on cross-functional leadership and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities - Define and own product strategy and a multi-quarter roadmap for major platform areas, translating company goals and customer research into prioritized initiatives. - Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch, ensuring on-time delivery, clear tradeoffs, and post-launch optimization. - Synthesize qualitative user feedback and quantitative product data to surface opportunities, validate hypotheses, and guide prioritization. - Establish and monitor KPIs, analyze adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue trends, and drive continuous improvement programs. - Partner closely with engineering, design, data, onboarding, and support to align on scope, requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. - Create high-quality product requirement documents, user stories, and technical specifications, and lead QA processes that uphold reliability and user experience. - Mentor junior product managers and partner with internal teams to enable go-to-market readiness, training, and feature adoption.

Requirements - Four-year degree plus 5+ years of progressive product management experience, including ownership of complex product areas. - Demonstrated success delivering strategic, cross-functional initiatives in a SaaS or technology-driven environment with measurable business impact. - Proven ability to define and execute product strategy, manage multi-quarter roadmaps, and run discovery and experimentation. - Advanced analytical skills, including KPI definition, business case development, experimentation frameworks, and hands-on use of data analytics tools. - Extensive experience writing detailed PRDs, leading sprint planning and backlog grooming, and managing complex launches with operational rigor. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams.
