Role overview Partner with territory account executives to expand an enterprise physical-security platform footprint into large corporate accounts across Quebec. The position combines technical pre-sales with on-the-ground solution design for cloud-based security, video, access control, and IoT deployments. Bilingual French/English communication is essential, and frequent travel is expected.
Responsibilities - Serve as the subject-matter authority on the full suite of cloud security, video surveillance, access control, intercom, sensor, and alarm products during prospect and customer conversations. - Overcome technical objections, defuse integration concerns, and secure the technical win alongside sales counterparts. - Present and demo solutions to varied audiences ranging from C-level sponsors to loss-prevention and IT directors. - Help customers design deployments, integrations, and network architectures that fit their environments. - Educate partners, customers, and internal teams on new product capabilities as a technical evangelist. - Travel more than 50% of the time domestically and internationally to support deals and team collaboration.
Requirements - 3+ years of pre-sales or sales engineering experience, including direct work with Fortune 500 accounts. - Strong background in networking fundamentals such as HTTPS, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, DHCP, and firewalls. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or security discipline. - Clear written and verbal English communication; full professional fluency in French. - Self-directed learner who can work independently and deliver outcomes remotely.
Nice to have - Industry certifications such as AWS, CCNA/CCDA/CCNP, MCSE, CEH, Security+, A+, Network+, Microsoft Azure, CISSP, or CSP. - Familiarity with Active Directory, SAML/SCIM, APIs, Python, or other scripting languages. - Prior startup experience.
