Enterprise Solutions Engineer - Finnish Speaking

Role overview The first Enterprise Field Solutions Engineer role in Finland for an AI-powered physical security platform, based in Helsinki. The position partners with field account executives to expand enterprise footprint into Fortune 500 organizations, serving as the technical authority across cloud security, IoT, networking, video security, access control, and related solutions. The role is remote within Finland with up to 50% travel expected, and the company sponsors employment visas for the right candidate.

Responsibilities - Act as the subject matter authority on the full product suite, articulating value-added benefits throughout the sales process. - Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, overcoming technical objections and securing the technical win. - Present solutions effectively to audiences ranging from C-level executives to loss prevention managers and IT directors. - Partner with Account Executives and regional leadership to develop a territory strategy. - Design solutions spanning network security recommendations, bandwidth planning, product selection for physical security deployments, cloud security RFPs, and LTE deployments. - Stay current on the security and IoT industry through conferences, presentations, and thought leadership. - Train and educate partners, customers, and internal employees on the latest product offerings as a technical evangelist. - Write white papers and knowledge base articles on products, features, and integrations.

Requirements - Based in Helsinki or willing to relocate. - Fluent in English and Finnish, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus. - 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer with a proven track record working with Fortune 500 companies. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Networking, IT Security, or a related field. - Strong networking background with experience in HTTPS/SSL, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT devices, DHCP servers, firewalls, and software systems. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish. - Experience working with APIs, Python, or other coding languages is a plus. - Linux systems experience is a plus but not required.

Nice to have - Industry certifications such as AWS, CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, MCSE, CEH, Security+, A+, Network+, Microsoft Azure, CISSP, or CSP. - Previous startup experience.
